Happy Friday, friends! Has this not been the longest January ever?!?

Today I’m linking up with Erika, Narci, and Andrea to share a few of my favorites from the week!
Ok, y’all! Who has watched the Netflix series Cheer? I completely forgot to add this to my last weeks Friday Favorites as I finished watching it over a week ago. IT IS SO GOOD! I was a cheerleader and did competitive cheer so naturally I love watching the cheer side of it, but I also love all the back stories on the cheerleaders. So if cheer is not your thing, still give it a try. I stayed up WAY too late several nights in a row finishing it and after it was done I immediately grabbed my phone to find these girls on social media. #loser Haha!

Another favorite for the week would be Cash’s 100 day of school poster. I obviously wrote in “Creeping to 100!” but he counted and placed all 100 of those tiny insects! Best part of this project? We had leftover insects and I can’t wait to scare my family with them! Haha! #prankster

The girls had basketball pictures on Wednesday and this cutie asked me to help curl her hair that morning. It was a windy day here in central Texas so this is how I sent her to school knowing those curls would not last…

And below is how those tight curls ended up looking come picture time. Sigh…

So clearly this was not one of the professional pictures that was taken. This is one of the many (47 to be exact!) pictures that their coach took of them after the professional picture was taken. Somehow these 7th & 8th grade girls talked the coach into a mini-photo shoot before they started practice. Wednesday evening the coach text the girls their album of pictures. I just love our tiny school and the relationship that the kids have with their teachers/coaches! Definitely another favorite!
Ok, this might be my most favorite thing from the past week! Tuesday night as Cash and I were leaving his basketball practice, he quickly runs to the car to open his door and then dashes around the car to open my door for me! MELT MY HEART! He is just the sweetest!
That’s it for now, friends! This weekend Kevyn has a basketball tournament today & tomorrow, I’m going out with friends tonight to celebrate one of my besties birthdays, and Sunday the boys have their basketball games. Also, I heard there is a football game coming on Sunday night that is supposed to be a pretty big deal… 😉 Hope you all have a great weekend!
Yes, Cheer was on my list this week and was sooooo good! I hope they do a second season. Her hair looks beautiful, I’m constantly battling the humidity and pretty hair in Florida.
I want to watch Cheer.
