Ahhh! I have so much to post and so little time! Does anyone else feel like Christmas came extremely fast this year? Time needs to slow down!!!
Our school and early childhood center take the kiddos around town to local banks to perform each holiday season. While I did go to a few last year (the boys hadn’t officially moved in with us yet and we weren’t even positive they would), it has been several years since I actually had a kid to follow around to all the bank singing. See that cutie smiling in the back row? That was about the extent of the Christmas cheer he was willing to spread that day… He didn’t sing a single word and barely shook his jingle bell. Haha!

Our elf (who I should have taken pictures of and all his antics) brought the kids matching pajamas! Kevyn was in the shower when this pic was taken…

I’m always finding selfies on my phone that the kids are taking… But I loved this one too much just to let it sit and get lost in my camera roll. Pretty girl!

Because I have no idea where to stick this gem, I’m sticking it right here in this post. These boys crack me up! Haha! Note to self… Have a talk with Kelby about NO MOUNTAIN BOO!
More bank singing, more Scrooge behavior from Gage… Take a look at the back row, third from the left. This kid…

Cash isn’t a huge fan of singing/performing but at least he can fake it if need be…

Kevyn is our baker and loves trying out new recipes. This is a Chocolate Gingerbread bundt she made us. It was delicious!

Kevyn and her friend also tried to make these M&M Cookie Bars for a party we were invited to. Does anyone know why our white chocolate morsels turned brown? They tasted great, but didn’t look like the picture below…

We also found time (several times, actually!) to sneak out at night after we put our pajamas on to go look at Christmas lights. First stop was always Starbucks to get hot chocolate for me and the boys… The girls ALWAYS opted for a pink drink. *eye roll*

We also squeezed in time to make our gingerbread houses! One year I’ll do a full post on our gingerbread houses. I have a lot of people ask questions about them since I bake them from scratch. It’s one of those things that I know would be easier if I just bought the kit, but I really like the tradition of making them from scratch.

The final products!
That’s it for now folks! We’ve got to get ready for more Christmas fun!
Santa is almost here!!!
